Born in a real back office, not in a pitch deck

AI Office grew out of the working back office of a live transportation e-commerce business. Since May 2026 its AI employees have been reconciling bank statements, preparing invoices and drafting contracts there every day, with a person signing off on each one. We productized what already works.

Who is behind it

A founder who runs that transportation business and got tired of the same routine everyone gets tired of: statements, invoices, contracts, reminders. In May 2026 he put a team of AI employees to work on his own company, and they have been running its back office since.

AI Office operates as an individual entrepreneur registered in Tbilisi, Georgia, and works with pilot clients worldwide. Alongside the product we help companies adopt AI in their own workflows: consulting and training on request.

Questions owners ask us

Can the AI pay someone or send a document without me?

No. AI employees prepare drafts, reconciliations and summaries, then stop and wait. Payments, sending documents and anything else that matters happen only after you press Approve. This rule is built into the product, not into a setting you could forget to switch on.

Which AI models power it?

Current frontier models from the leading providers, accessed through their business APIs. Under those API terms your data is not used to train their models. We pick the model per task: a stronger one for contracts, a cheaper one for routine sorting, so quality stays high and the bill stays small.

Where does my data live, and who can see it?

Each company has its own isolated space, enforced at the database level, so one client can never see another. Documents are processed only to do the task you asked for. We do not sell or share data, and the exact hosting and data flows are written into your pilot agreement before anything is uploaded.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Then you see it before it matters. Every draft comes with its reasoning; you can ask why, edit, or reject. In practice mistakes surface as a question in your chat, not as a wrong payment in your bank. The AI also learns your corrections, so the same mistake rarely comes back.

Does this replace my accountant?

No, and it is not meant to. It replaces the hours your accountant or you spend matching payments, retyping details and chasing documents. The professional judgement, the signature and the responsibility stay with people.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Georgian and Russian in chat and in documents. Your team writes in whatever language it already uses.

How fast can we start, and can we stop?

A pilot goes live in about a week after the first call. Pricing is monthly with early-access terms fixed for the pilot period, and you can stop at the end of any month. Your data is exported to you on request.
