Terms of Service
The website
ai-office.ge is an informational site describing AI Office, a back-office automation service currently in an early-access pilot. Content on the site, including prices, is provided for information and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer that becomes a contract by itself; a pilot starts only after both sides sign a pilot agreement.
The pilot service
- AI Office provides AI employees that prepare drafts, reconciliations, summaries and reminders. They do not execute payments or send documents without explicit approval by an authorised person on the client side.
- The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving outputs and for its own legal, tax and accounting obligations. AI Office is a work tool, not a licensed accountant, lawyer or auditor.
- Pilot pricing is monthly; early-access prices are fixed for the pilot period agreed in writing. Either side may end the pilot at the end of any calendar month by email notice.
- On termination the client can request an export of its data; we then delete it within the period stated in the pilot agreement.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to process data the client has no right to process, or to attempt to access other clients' spaces.
Liability
The pilot service is provided as an early-access product. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which a claim arises. The Operator is not liable for decisions the client makes on the basis of AI-prepared drafts that the client approved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Specific pilots may agree otherwise in the pilot agreement.
