Who we are
AI Office is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (the "Operator"). Contact: hello@ai-office.ge.
What this website collects
Almost nothing. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by us. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no third party learns that you visited. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages behind Cloudflare DNS; these providers keep standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes.
When you write to us
If you email hello@ai-office.ge or use the request form, we keep your message and address to answer you and to discuss a pilot. Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, Inc. (USA), which stores them only to forward them. We do not add you to mailing lists and do not share your details with anyone. Ask us to delete the correspondence at any time and we will.
Data inside the pilot service
Companies that join a pilot upload business documents and connect channels such as Telegram. For that data:
- Each company's data lives in its own isolated space, enforced at the database level.
- Documents are processed only to perform the tasks the company asks for.
- Text is sent to AI model providers through their business APIs. Under those API terms the providers do not use it to train their models.
- We never sell or share client data, and we access it only to provide support the client requested.
- Exact hosting locations, retention periods and sub-processors are listed in the pilot agreement each client signs before uploading anything.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it or delete it. Write to hello@ai-office.ge; we answer within one business day and act within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this page when the service changes and note the date above. This page is a plain-language summary for the pre-launch period; the pilot agreement is the binding document for pilot clients.
